Currently having an issue with my wifes expedition, (2012 el limited). Front heated and cooled features went out. I replaced the climate control module under the drivers seat yesterday, that did not resolve the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Probably needs a new Thermo-Electric Device.

If you have FORScan you can pull codes from the module and it will tell you what’s going on.

When you changed the module did you happen to look at the connectors? Were any of them burned? If you have a burned connector in the harness it is possible that it isn't making a good connection. If I remember one of the issues those had was the ground wasn't sufficient so the fix was to add another ground connector. I think there was an updated wiring harness and several videos on YouTube.

You know, ill be honest idk. I had a shop replace it due to time constraints at home. Ill have to go back and ask them. I have seen the video's on YouTube, i was just hoping to avoid splicing in a new connector lol
