codes PO401.402. AND PO303

1998 FORD EXPEDITION 4.6L XLT 4WD
Had codes po401, PO 402, and po303, change all EGR AND EGR SENSORS, Changed (did need to) # 3 spark plug and wire also removed and clean throttle body and port holes. Ran great then shakes on take off then takes off like new until I slow and accelerate. then codes Po 303 and PO401 402 came back on. .No codes on idle. Have check for vacuum leaks. Truck has more power than ever but still getting hesitation/ shake then codes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Did you replace the two silicone hoses from the EGR sensor they have a tendency to collapse if they are old

it's weird. Thought it might be the fuel pump pressure but not sure what the pressure is supposed to be, Do you by chance?
