I have been thinking of getting a 12v outlet like the one to the right of the radio in my 07 and installing it in the coin holder slot they are only held in by a couple of plastic clips I believe. Plus an extra outlet is always usable in today's electronic filled world

I installed 3 switches in my 2017. The 'ZOMBIE' switch doesn't do anything yet, I just wanted the switch to be wired and in place.
The switch 'covers' are replaceable.

It has taken a couple of years but I finally see why Ford included it....it's become a receptacle for lost earrings. So far, all the earrings are one of my daughter's or Kerry's, vastly different from previous vehicles......lol

Maybe? Depends on the pistol! Where there's a will, and a dremel, there's a way! Check out my F-150's coin holder! 1860 Army fits snug as a bug! Very secure.
