compass/temp sensor mounts in windshield...

right after I got my Exp, I had to replace a busted windshield and not knowing better, I cut the part that attaches to the windshield and promptly lost it.

later I discovered that without that item, the compass won't work... and I suppose a thermometer (if this thing has one).

so, can I possibly replace this item... or just carry my Boy Scout pocket compass with me??
