Compression tester for 2008 on 12mm plugs

I'm trying to do a compression test on a 2008 Expedition, it has the later 12mm plugs. There are a number of tester kits that include an adapter which they state is for the 3V Triton engine but the ones I've seen are for the earlier 14mm plug thread. OTC makes specific adapters for the earlier and later plugs, part numbers 5607 (https://www.otctools.com/products/compression-tester-ford-16mm-adapter) and 5608 (https://www.otctools.com/products/compression-tester-ford-12mm-adapter). However nobody seems to have the 5608 in stock, does anyone know of an alternative to OTC for a compression tester for this engine?

Well to answer my own question, Amazon got the OTC part in and I ordered it form them. What with the base kit and the special adapter it works out to $120 worth of compression tested but that's not even a tank of gas so...
