Whats up you guys im in need of some help. I was driving down the freeway when all of a sudden my expy started to missfire. Hooked up my scanner and said it was code p0308. So i went home removed coil pack and lucky me i found the spark plug full of coolant. I know these engines are notorious for intake manifold leaks. I would like to know if its the gasket thats leaking or if the intake manifold is cracked. By the way i have a 2000 expy with the 5.4L

I'd say most likely gasket leaking. That's been my experience on a couple ford modular engines.

Its more likely its the intake manifold. But the best way would be to check the usual spots for the infamous intake manifold cracks. That is your best bet
