I have a 2008 and had a leak at that exact same T piece. Can’t tell you if you have the correct part number, but it seems to be a fairly common place for a coolant leak. The replacement hose cost about $100 bucks and is easy to replace as there are quick release hose clamps on 2 ends and a normal hose clamp at the front, but it gets very tight up where one of the hoses goes through the bulk head (not much room to get a screw driver on the hose clamp release lever). Takes about an hour to change the part out.

Maybe an L shaped screwdriver might get in there better? From the picture it doesn't look like a normal clamp.

$41.xx shipped from RockAuto. $45.xx from a couple different eBay suppliers. Either cheaper than PartsGeek.
