Hey guys, it's been quite some time since I've been on here, my wife just took our 05 to the Ford dealer we've been using for years for an oil change and they told her a few of the tranny lines were weeping fluid. They gave an estimate of around $400 for parts and labor to replace the lines. I got under there the other day and noticed a little weeping up near the cooler and a couple of rubber lines with compression clamps in a few spots. I wonder if someone has fixed some leaks before or is that factory? I don't think we're loosing much fluid and the dealer said the leaks wouldn't be causing us to keep filling the tranny but the lines should all be replaced soon. What do you think? From what I can see I only see maybe one spot where it's rusty and weeping. Considering our 99 Caddy needs front brakes, my 97 F350 lost all the coolant due to a freeze plug in the worst spot, now this, money is going to be scarce
Thanks Doug
