The round start button on my 2018 Expy cracked right down the center. Anyone have this issue? Any advice or instructions how to replace the button assembly? Thanks!

We have the same exact issue. Actually was broken before we bought our Expedition used. I was able to convince the dealer to fix it before the sale but the part ordered from Ford online was delayed so long that we took delivery of the SUV (from out of state) and they sent us the part in the mail. The dealer said it was in the range of $50.
So now we have the new part sitting in the glove box waiting to be installed. I'll possibly get to it in the next month or so with the holidays, I'll have time off work.
If I repair it thru dealer or diy, I'll be sure to post updates

Mine cracked a while ago but out of warranty. If it continues to work, no complaints. I can deal

Mine was cracked too. Warranty didn’t cover it. I paid 25 for the part and 100 for labor to replace it. And now the lower panel is a bit loose.
