Well i finally made my cross country move from northern ny to just west of seattle...... Trip was 3000 miles.... I averaged between 20-22 mpg in my expedition 5.4 4x4 at speeds between 70 and 82..... I had the truck loaded up inside with all my stuff and it was made with original plugs and cops from when i bought it( most of cops are still motorcraft, and i have new plugs and cops but im scared to install them...) the air suspension and leather seats made it easy for me to drive the length of a full tank of gas( about 7-8 hours) without stopping..... I am also in the process of installing my 12 inch lcd headrests and 13 inch lcd visors( fiberglassed to oem visors)... Will post pics soon as possible.....

i got about 500 miles per tank..... no repairs along the way.... had just put a used tranny in it before i left... felt the mileage was great considering original plugs and cops.... if u dont have the gotts mod i would do it.... it will help ur mileage.....
