I have a 2004 Expedition that I installed the Ready Lift lift and some Raptor wheels & tires. I was really happy with the results but, I felt that it needed more.....
So I thought that a aftermarket front & rear bumper would really change the look! But, other than WAM and cheap grill guards we don't have many options and I didn't want what everyone else had. SO....I decided to build my own!! I will post pics during my build process.

Here are some pics of what I have done so far. Don’t judge my welds to hard or fab skills, just started welding a few months ago and first time I ever used my JD2 bender!
Still need to bend up the light hoop and skid plate hoop.

Great job! Looks fantastic!

I opted for the WAM bumper but would have loved to try and fab one myself if I knew how to weld. Is it done or is there more work to be done? Thanks for sharing!

Nice work tying into the existing bumper mounts. It didn't occur to me to do that with the WAM bumper until after I starting cutting those off as part of the installation instructions. :)
