So, I think that the rear hatch on the expedition sucks. It's heavy and when adding bigger tires and even a 2 in lift it's too high when opened. Does anyone know how possible it is to fabricate a tail gate that's more like a clam shell? Where the glass lifts up like normal, but the bottom half folds down like a trucks tail gate?
Further more why hasn't Ford done this yet? It would be slightly more efficient, wouldn't it?
