Did you go thru the fill and bleed it off process prior to putting it in? I still believe the problem has to do with the master cylinder.

Air trapped in the abs system?

boost pump was my prob...changed that before i did the master and was good

I was talking to a friend of mine that is a mechanic and he said that there is a special way to bleed the ABS module in which you need the dealers computer because it is done in some kind of certain way. He has the computer so I am going to let him try that first. If that doesn't work, brake booster here I come.

When the truck is off the brakes r firm. The lines are all new an there are no lights that *** on. One of my friends said that it also has to be bleed from the aha system as well is this true. I'm trying to figure this out cause I don't want to hurt any one or my self.

Ok now listen to this an tell me if this shit makes sence(sorry for the language) as I told u guys before I havent driven the expo cause I wanted to have everything redone this includes Drake pads an rotors. And brake lines. So the other day I went to the shop an I said to the guy the brakes go to the floor. He then says to me that's only because the new pads an rotors have a coating on them an the pedal will *** back after a while of driving. Now wat do u guys think of this.

The pedal won't come back just by driving it the guy is nuts and shouldnt be a tech seen as that advice can kill. You have air in the line or I've read that you can adjust something behind the master? Haven't pulled mine so don't know.

I have been informed by mechanics and other people, do not adjust the screw behind the master cylinder. That is set from the factory and It should not be changed.
