Seems like everytime I have an issue with my Expedition, it's at night. I have no garage and was tired of using the walmart parking lot to work on simple issues. Bought and installed these under hood lights. Super easy to install. Just needed to get longer screws to mount them.

Did the screws come through the top of the hood? Or did you use machine screws and just put a chrome nut on top?

Just punched beneath the firewall. There was a hollow x bar bracing the hood. Drilled just through that. Top of the hood was not touched

Good invention, just don't screw though the hood.............lol
