Sorry but all I can tell you is it's a vacuum line T. One end goes to the throttle body assembly and the other sections go to God knows. I have some dry rotting on mine and would like to replace it so I basically am in your position of not knowing exactly what it is either.

Ha, yeah I figured it was some sort of vacuum line but I couldn’t find anything on it. Mines dry rotted as well. However you may not know what I’m trying to say but I think the T on mine is disconnected inside the rubber shroud. I can’t seem to get them connected back together

Yeah that would definitely be handy. Unfortunately someone busted out my rear glass in the hatch last night so I guess I have more to add to my list of things the expi needs
