I had the same problem with my 2003. It drove me nuts trying to figure out which one was the culprit. One day, one of the door latches became sticky. I grabbed my trusted can of WD40 and went to work. I cleaned, sprayed and adjusted all four door latches, tailgate latch and rear glass latch. Low and behold, with all latches cleaned, lubed and adjusted, the door ajar light magically went off.
