drag racing

this spring my school is having a weekend trip to a drag strip. i could either bring my 01' focus with a zetec and my 97' expy with the 5.4. which would do better?

and just a random question, what tranny do i have? the 97 5.4 has only one available tranny ive herd but i cant figure it out

i think this is the one. 4R70W. you should take the tank to the drag strip. do the gotts mod if you can right before just to show them up even more! haha
