Has anyone ever experienced this?? I normally drive my truck very easy..no fast take offs, very rare for me to open it..but it actually seems like it likes it, to be ran hard and it runs better after driving it hard...I noticed this with or with out any programming...Thoughts?

i run mine wide open all the time. it prolly sees more time at 5,000rpms then at idle...well maybe not exactly but you get the idea. i run all my trucks like this and they all respond well to it :) i do go through brakes rather quickly though as i brake pretty hard.

Well... theoritically it will help blow out any carbon or deposit buildup. It will also suck out any oil pooling in the intake. You would be surprised at the amount of oil you find in the intake from the pcv system.

After driving like granny for some time you may see a cloud of smoke the first time you hit it as it burns the excess oil and carbon.

The computer also adapts to your driving style.

Yea, if you drive WOT enough, the computer adapts a bit, and gives you more of a peppy feeling, if that makes sense.

yes modern cars adapt to there drivers. if you usually drive fast on freeway truck will want to go that fast, takes awhile of driving like grandma for it to learn that behavior. ex's scion tc was use to jack rabbit starts took awhile to learn slow take offs.
