Good Day All: Newbie spider45 here in FL.
I just traded my 03 Sporttrac for a used 05 Exped XLT. I'm going to move to OR soon with a trailer but no one will rent a trailer to an explorer. Anyway, on the Sporttrac, I was able to keep the driving lamps on with hi beams by removing a leg on one of the relays in the eng. compartment. It made a big difference on dark windy country roads. I got this info from the mySporttrac.com site. Anyone know if that is possible on the Expedition?

K&N CAI sys. Which, by the way leaves a lot to be desired as far as engineering and proper parts sent with the kit.

it aint just the sporttrac that they wont rent a trailer to it is all explorers and the reason is because of the firestone tire recall and the tire blow out on them and them rolling over

as far as your headlights i dont know it might be the same as the sporttrac you will have to do some research i mean mine dont have driving lights so i dont know

hey Mustangfast88:

Thanks for the reply. Yeh, i knew the reason for the no rent. You can do it now with the 96 & above models. the IRSuspension is the factor I think. But again, thanks.
