Dropping engine from 98 Expy into 04 Expy

My step brother has an 04 expedition Eddie Bauer that he ****** the engine up in I have a 98 Eddie Bauer and I wanna drop my engine into his. I have a 5.4 L two valve he says his is the same. Can y’all tell off of the pictures?
