Dual Turbonator Really work?

Hey guys, seen this on ebay and for 20.00 its almost to good to be true. Seen alot of people say it works and alot say it doesnt. Anyone here have one installed with any results good or bad?

i dont think it would work... similar to the old tornado which does nothing but restricts air flow in the intake....
