Electric Brake controler

I have an 03 Expy. I installed a Tekonsha Voyager electic brake controler. Everything works on my trailer except my right blinker.
I have the 5.4 with the tailering option.
I have the same brake controler model on my 01 GMC Sierra. I actualy swamped out the brake contoler from my truck and put it in the Expy. Same problem. At this point I beleive the problem is the Expy. I going to take it in to the dealer since it is still under warranty.
Has anyone else had this problem? I know I hooked it up correclty. Its hard to screw it up. Only 4 wires.

Why do you think that the controller installation has created this problem? Are you absolutely certain that the trailer itself doesn't have a wiring/ground/bulb problem?

I don't think the brake controler caused the problem. I have 2 tow vehicals for my trailer. When I have the trailer hooked to my truck the blinkers brakes etc all work. I think the problem is my Expedition.
