Hello everybody,
Since a few weeks, my 2005 expedition Limited have a quick battery discharge when it stays without use.
I measured the battery consumption : 1A (that's why about 3 days are enough to discharge it).
Half of this is from the DVD (removing its fuse, the current goes down to 600mA)... But why ?
The other part of the current seems not to be protected by a fuse : I removed all fuses and all relays from the fuse box and still have this current leak... But the it goes to the white connector on the top of the fuse box. Does anybody know for what is this wiring (the wiring of the white connector ?).
I'm unable to find the wiring schemes for my car.
Thank you very much

What you are referring to is called a parasitic draw. Ford will have their wires in a bundle (wire harness) and not out on its own. If you can post a pic of the wire & connection in question it would help since I don't have a manual for the 05's.
Is there anything electrical that isn't factory on your Expy?
