Approximately 150,000 miles.

The issue only shows up when I travel using a highway, going around 65-75 MPH UPHILL....It starts to lose power, and gets endless pulls, like if its having problems going uphill and starts to pull, then stop pulling...then pulls again and again....thing won't stop while going uphill...What I do is stop pushing the gas pedal for a second or two, and then I depress it again....BUT when truck goes straight or downhill there are no problems, as it runs smoothly. It has good maintenance. I have changed the gas filter, it has new spark plugs, and so on...Any ideas will be appreciated...

Is the check engine light on? If so read the codes and post them here. If not then clean the mass air flow sensor with mass air flow sensor cleaner. Check all vacuum lines. Make sure the air filter is clean, if not rellace it.

Went to Auto Zone and they ran 3 different codes:
P0132, P1131 and P0172.

P0132 says is an oxygen sensor heating. Bank 1, Sensor 1.

P1131 says Fault at transition of 02 on bank 1.

P0172 says Readjustment conditions of fuel on Bank 1.
AND YES...the Check engine light is on...

intermittent pulling doesnt sound like an engine problem. That sounds like a tranny problem. Does the transmission give out codes? Dont codes only relate to the engine as it relates to the smog? (e.g. camshaft sensors, O² sensors, etc)

I think black4x4 iis right on the money. Replace the O2 sensors and clear the code. Drive it for 50 - 100 miles and see how it reacts.

Z168,

I think something was "lost in translation" when the OP wrote it pulls.

X2.

I have no idea what condition he is describing in his first post (endless pulls?).

Codes in his second post provide a clearer indication of the problem he is experiencing.

Is like you are driving uphill at some 65-75MPH and then the truck just loses a bit of power for half a second...then regains it again...and then again goes to lose power to go up...for a second...and then again regains it...and all of that goes on while going uphill....then when the truck goes on a straight road the issue is no more...
