My ford Expedition seems to be choking out on morning. It's about 40-50 degrees in the morning. But when I start the SUV and drive, the car wants starts to stall. I used STP gas performance even went to super regular ( a higher octane), but thinging seems to help.

Could this be a dirty fuel filter? or dirty fuel injectors?

If this is a dirty fuel filter, could I change it myself? if I could locate it?
Thanks..

It could be many things. The fuel filter is a good palce to start since it is so cheap. Yes you can do it yourself. Any napa or autozone will have the correct fuel filter tool. It is located ont eh driver side frame rail.
