Engine swap from a 4.6 to 5.4l

I am putting a 5.4l motor transmission and transfer case in place of my 4.6l motor tran and tan case. Do i need to swith out the bcm as well. And the wire harness also????

Ford parts do not automatically interchange with other Ford parts; so, you will also need to switch all the control modules and their respective harnesses.
