engine swap

ok guys I have a 98 Expo, 5.4L very tired hi miles, but in my small country town we don't have emissions, I have an opportunity to buy a new older ford crate engine 351W very very cheap, will it bolt to my tranny, everything else I don't care I just don't want to change out the drive train..

Greeting new here I want to know if I can put a 4.6 from a totaled police cruiser in my expedition it has the 5.4 in timing chain guards broke, put new guards oil pump chains, but I think it bent a valve the expedition is wife vehicle so not used for pulling have f150 and excursion that handles that. Is this swap possible and what all would need to be changed out? Thanks for your help in advance

I do not believe the bolt pattern is the same. That is probably the simplest part of the swap. Between motor mounts, electrical, and exhaust it ill be some work.
