evap maybe?

Alright folks, here it is. My expy will not fill completely at the pump. She taps out at about 20gal. When it gets to a quarter of a tank and below, it shuts off if I stop too fast. I've changed the entire fuel pump assembly and tank pressure valve. I've been told that it could possibly be the evap cannister. Any thoughts on this? Much appreciated.

Check the hose from the filler cap to the inlet of the fuel tank. It might be kinked.

Blew out the hose. Still no joy.
