Is this list common to all years in the first gen?

I ask as my 2001 EB owners manual calls for

Engine oil
Motorcraft SAE
5W-20 Super
Premium Motor
Oil

Also are the plugs you list for both engines or are there different plugs for the 4.6 and 5.4 engines

I know that they are for the 5.4. Not sure about the 4.6.

then you need to consider that some 4.6 engines use COP's and some don't depending on which year engine. Which means spark plug wires The 99 and older 4.6 engines use spark plug wires and the 2000 and newer 4.6 has COP's
