it has happened the past two times I have driven my 2003 Expedition. Just driving down the road and everything shuts down for a second or two; engine, A/C, radio, etc. then everything comes back on and it drives like normal. Anyone else have this issue? 2003, 5.4L, 150k miles.

2004 XLT, 195K same thing happens. Been trying to find out why with no luck here, Ford Garage, my independent garage, and no Engine Codes. Nobody can find a problem.

Would check electrical when this happens, plug something into lighter that reads volts or has an indicator light. Bet your losing battery power.

Following my post from Jan 2, 2022, Re: Expy Dies on-road and kicks back on. Finally Solved!
Fuel Control Junction Box (entire $950 unit) was replaced in April, no further problem! Hurray!
That problem irritated the hell out of me for 2 years.
