F150 good and grill

I would like to know if the F150 Hood and Grill will fit a 03 expy?
Has anyone done this?

I think the latch is different...but why would u want the grill to be part of the hood...car shows?

I'm interested in a Hood that is made for the 150 but not the Expy also want to do something with the grill as well.... And by the looks of it I might have to do a bumper cover change as well
