F150 Raptor Fender Flares?

Has anybody tried fitting Raptor fender flares onto a 3rd gen Expedition (EL or otherwise)? I've got a 2017 Expy EL Limited with 20x9 Method wheels @ +18 offset (about 1" further outboard than stock) and 33" Tires (275/60R20). The outer 1/2" of the front tires rub against the inside of the fender when it's near full stuff... I'm wondering if trimming the fenders and fitting Raptor fender flares would solve this and look good.

I'm trying to avoid too much suspension lift as I don't want to lose down-travel, so I'm considering fender flares, a 1"-2" body lift, and/or a 1-2" (max) suspension lift if I can find such an option.

I was at a Ford dealership last week helping my daughter buy a car + just happened to be Park right next to a brand new Ford F-150, and just happen to have my tape measure on me. I'm not a hundred percent positive,but the wheel openings look like they are the same. While the finance manager did his voodoo I went walking around in the parks department they were closed but on the wall with a set of Fender Flares and I almost took it off the wall to catch fitted online just for giggles I know there would be some trimming and a little work to make the body trims meet but it would be a great starting point

Hi guys. Bumping this thread as I tore my right rear fender trim off while off-roading this past weekend. Nothing crazy - Black Mountain Truck Trail in Idyllwild (4S01), rated 2-2 (Easy). https://www.trailsoffroad.com/trails/2093-4s01-black-mountain

Any ideas for good looking (and functional) aftermarket fender flares after trimming about an inch off the inner radius of the existing fender?

So I recently emailed the Bushwacker Fender Flares company, and the response I got was a underwhelming. So the short of it is they have no plans at this time to make fender flares for the Ford Expedition. I thought this was a little bit shortsighted myself being as how many Ford Expeditions are out there.

I do believe that if more people were to email them asking for them they would have to see the popularity of the truck and maybe design something a lot of us could use.

So I'm going to attached their support email if anyone would like to throw in there $0.02 maybe we can get this done as a group. I mean even if you don't want them on your truck your support would be helpful.

Thanks. I'm pretty sure we could get Bushwacker flares for the F150 to fit (with some cutting). But I'm not a fan of the exposed fasteners look. I'm looking for the simplest/cleanest design that will allow me to open up the fender about 1-2 inches to allow for larger tires 35"-37" without having to suspension-lift the vehicle more than an inch or two. Fully independent suspension tends not to like too much lift (CV joints, control arms, wheel travel suffer).
