I have an '05 E.B. Expy. A strang issue started some time ago. depress the moon roof button once and it goes a 1/3 open(as it should). Depress again and it should open all the way, but only opens another 1/3 of the way (and will not open any further). Depress button to pop up and works properly, but when you depress to close from the pop up position, it closes then auto opens about a 1/3 of the way. Has anyone had this issue? It seems more issues with the button/switch than the roof itself. ~EDUB

There is a relay i believe for the switch. I cant recall which one it is. Check that or just swap the switch. I would imagine they arent too expensive but you never know. My friend had the same issue with a car and it was just a faulty switch.
