Fan Coming on when backing trailer

I have 2015 Expedition Eco boost. Fan usually comes on only if Nevada weather over 90. Lately is has come on as I’m backing my trailer up to park. Not when I’m towing it but when backing up slowly and turning to park. When I checked display it said oil pressure was low and trans oil 190. Any ideas what to ask mechanic to look for? Add engine coolant ? Water?

Check oil level. Is the correct viscosity oil being used (5W30)?

Do you have an OEM oil filter, or an aftermarket one?

Check coolant level in Degas bottle.

Does the fan turn on or turn on with a higher speed when the a/c is turned on?
