It very well could. Every item on an internal combustion engine is designed to work together. One of the reasons they make an engine 8 cylinders is for balance. Does your engine vibrate under load when your accelarating? Or is just at idle? You definitely want to change your fan, and fan clutch. In slow or stopped traffic, the fan helps cool your engine. Start with the new fan and clutch fan first.

It will cause vibration since the fan is no longer balanced. It will also shorten the water pump bearing life for the same reason. And lastly the remaining parts of the fan may decide to "leave the building". Not something you want to happen.

Well yeah it vibrates at idle and also a little while driving mostly noticable while idleing. Inthought it was caused by a vaccum or something so i recently changed intaket manifold egr dfpp iac selenoid tps valve cover gasket etc

So but the fan would cause vibration then also would it be better if i changad the stock one or just do a e-fan setup

Ok might just find search around for a fan but still thinking is it better to change to fan clutch also or just the fan? And is there a write up on a e-fan install? Ive searched but really havent found something that was 100% helpful

Unless your running a high horsepower setup, which from what you've wrote, I'm assuming your not. Stick with a stock fan and fan clutch. They should be available aftermarket, if you don't want to go dealer items. Just buy a quality part.

Only if there is play in the bearing, it is leaking out of the weep hole or for preventative maintenance. If it has high mileage it wouldn't hurt to swap it.

Better to do the job once. Sometimes just unbolting or handling an older part, such as the water pump can cause it to fail. Kinda that Murphy's law crud. Definitely change the pump, and hoses while your in their. Nothing will piss you off more, than doing one job, and find out a corresponding part failed. It's what I always was taught, and shops I worked in had very few comebacks. Must be something to that. Anyway, my 2 cents.

Not necessarily, but if you want a strong cooling system change water pump, fan, fan clutch, serpentine belt, thermostat and why not deep cleaning the radiator. So you are sure that you will not have heating problems.
