#1 My glass hinge broke, Ford wanted $176 per side, that's at employee price too. The only one I found online was $143. I bought 6 sets at a junkyard for $6. Just a heads up.
#2 Does the expedition have a softer torsion bar than the f150? If it is softer: Will cranking the keys up and removing the air spring balance out to give me a decent ride? Will I have more front articulation vs. if I put a stiff F150 bar on it?
#3 I noticed a rust hole in my rear LCA. I ordered serviceable tubular arms. Will the lack of a flex joint and the stiffness of the tubular arm put added stress on the mounting points?
