Focus Error

Howdy...I have a 2005 Expedition with the factory nav system. While we lived in a place where I knew my way around...and didn't NEED the nav system, it worked just fine...but now that we've moved to a new city/state, every time I put in the disk, I get "focus error," even though it plays a CD just fine.

Any ideas what's going on?

Don't know much about the older NAV systems but do remember they took different discs depending on what area of the country you were in. Have you checked to make sure you are within the same map disc area ?
