Folding Mirrors ??

I know this has been addressed before, but I have not been able to find specific information about internal wiring on my model.

Can you install folding mirrors on a 2011 Expedition XLT with existing wiring and just changing door switch?

if you're looking at folding mirror's from a higher end model expedition you need to have the same options for the body control module has as the higher end vehicle is using. I believe that's your biggest problem there.

Just thought I would follow up on this myself. American Steel is correct. In doing some further investigation, I even found where someone had posted on another forum, a response from Ford which stated that if the truck did not come with them, they will not work.

That being said, I am surprised that someone out there has not found a way. It seems like what you would need would be a new power supply going to your new door switch and from there out to the proper pin in the mew mirror connector. I am sure I am over simplifying. Disapointed that this is a cannot do mod.
