I tested it with a browser and Adobe Reader. This does not require password:

And for those who asked, I searched in Adobe Reader just fine, using advance search.

You are right! Weirdly enough, it was the software I was using. I changed over to another reader and it worked fine?!

this edition was published in 2020, about when the MY 2021 cars were starting production. any engineering changes since then won't be reflected, but the chassis and engine basics will be mostly the same.
