Please anyone had the same issue. I have a Ford Expediton 2016 Platium sony radio factory Sync 3 system the volume is stuck at 0 any solution. I took it to a non dealer audio place they said the amplifier was burn. The amp was purchase and replace no luck volume is the same stuck at 0 need idea or similar issue.
