Ford Tracking Site

I was able to use the Ford Vehicle Order Tracking site last week and get my information. I tried to use it today and it won’t accept my information. Does anyone know why this might happen. Thanks.

It regularly doesn't work. In fact, I think it doesn't work more regularly than it actually works. Not to worry though, your Expedition will likely just end up in "chip hold" purgatory anyway.

I tried to check this morning and it didn't work, it just kept going back to the page where you enter your order # and VIN. I tried again this afternoon on a different browser and it went through, but it just gives me the order confirmation and nothing else.

I couldn’t get in over the weekend, but got in earlier today.
