I don't think Forscan can program mileage, plus I'm sure you need special software because odometer tampering is Federal crime....I don't think they would let a free program like Forscan be able to do that. Although who knows these days......

In this case, a dealeship would be your best bet, they can do it properly/legally and get rid of the 4x4 programming in the gauge cluster.
Or find a private shop that specializes in Ford vehicles, w/ access to Ford IDS Software, and see if they can do it.

In terms of the 4x4 error, look in the FORScan spreadsheet under IPC for these values:

720-01-01

Xxxx xxxx xx--

720-11-01

Xxxx xxxx xx--

Not sure about the mileage, though. Also, note that if the part number of the IPC you swapped in is not the same as the one that was in there, this will create issues with future updates for the IPC (whether that are sent OTA or done with FDRS). Because the p/n does not match what is on the server, the files that will be pulled for your truck will be for your old IPC, so the update will always fail.

Is there a whole spreadsheet available for the 2022 models for forescan?

No, not that I know of. However, I have found that many things are the same across many vehicles. While I cannot guarantee that is the case here, it will not hurt to try. Worse that can happen is you don't get the result you want and you can change it back.

Looks like the f150 is pretty similar I’ll give it a go thanks!
Just make sure you save all of your IPC module info before you make any changes...that way if you make any changes or if it crashes you may be able to recover. Some changes could cause modules to brick. Livnitup is a member on the F-150 Forum and has tons of knowledge on Forscan. He may be able to help answer some questions, but there are several differences between our modules and the F-150s.

Dude you’re the goat THANK YOU! 720-01-01 was the one that fixed the 4x4 error used f150 spreadsheet and as far as the mileage under the modules after you install a new icp it gives you the option to update the miles but it has to be more than the current one you just installed and cannot undone or changed if you make a mistake
