ForScan Central/Eastern NC

Anyone in the Central/Eastern NC areas that has ability and knowledge to do some ForScan tweaks on a 2015 Limited and 2017 Platinum?

Just need to download the free software onto a Windows laptop and use the right connector. I prefer the wired version.

Most sellers say Forscan won't work on my 2007 Navigator, does anybody know about that?

It worked on my 2001 Explorer and my 2006 Monterrey. They did not have nearly as many tweakable settings my 2015 Expedition, but it did work.
