Got this off and 98 f150 couple months ago at the scrap yard FREE 
it didnt have the filter i used one that was on my other car that has custom dual ram air. but anyway i didnt have tools to get the heat shield off,so i just mocked up my own heat shield and have "since the picture" use some foam trim around the top of it and were the tube goes threw the side of it.
Just thought id post in case someone wanted an idea on how to make a shield for there's
