from air to springs to air/springs?

I tow and my tuck is saggy. the 3 inch spacer might do alright but this would be a nice thing to get. blow it up for towing and then leave it blown up to a certain height for street riding. say I was to get this, could I just go to a air compressor and blow them up or would I have to get the on board compressor?
