Thanks for the add, I have a 2011 Expedition and the front blower stopped working, so I replaced the resistor, that worked for a while but then would work off and o, so I replaced the plug, now there's 2 wires on the plug that have no power. I've checked relays, fuses and all seem to be in order. Any ideas?

You might need to replace the actual plug and harness assembly. Ford makes a new plug that splices into the original harness. I did that and haven't had an issue since, and that was after changing 3-4 resistors to fix the issue.
