Front end rattling over bumps and sounds like rubbing while cornering right off the..

I have a 1997 expy and its making a rattling sound on the drivers side whenever I hit a bump, even while braking. Also when I corner off the highway it drags a little and makes a rubbing noise. Tires are stock, it's all stock. Any ideas? All inputs are appreciated.

Upper or lower balls joints. I just had my uppers done and cleared up my issues. I also replaced the shocks
