Front license plate bracket 1997

Hey guys, putting on a front license plate bracket. 1997 EB. Looks like it has 2 clips that hook and 2 screws underneath? That sound right. Raining here today but just checking. Thanks.

Not looking so good hah. I received the new bracket, same as the existing one. It has 2 connectors that run off the bottom of the plate into the bumper and is attached with 2 bolts. I can not see out to get to the bottom of the bolts?

Has anyone ever done one? Thanks guys.
