Codes P0171 and P0174 are present...Freeze Frame data shows it occurred at high RPM and not at idle.

I am actually using a Bluetooth OBD Scanner and the TORQUE program on Android.

Cleaned the MAF. It didn't look dirty.

The Fuel Pressure Reading on the scanner is pegged at 74.4 . Never changes.

I guess my question is...How accurate is this fuel pressure reading? Or is it even a real reading? Because it's obviously high.

I know I need to go get a fuel pressure gauge and hook it up to the fuel rail to verify. But, I'm at work and can't yet.

Thanks!
