Fuel rail tips

Anyone know how to remove the fuel rail on the 5.4 3V? I took out all the mounting bolts but the injectors are held in to the intake manifold somehow. I cannot find any good videos or threads for a 5.4L 3V. Need to remove the fuel rail to access the brake booster intake port on back of manifold. Is there a release tool for the injectors to the manifold kind of like the fuel lines? They are in there tight and won’t come out but don’t see anything holding them. If I pull up any harder it going to start snapping and cracking plastic so I figure I should stop and seek advice...

If anyone stumbles upon this in the future with the same question you just have to seriously muscle the thing up. I wasn’t comfortable with it but eventually with enough force the injectors come out. They just get stuck in there after years.
